What makes it even more incredible is that this lake boasts the purest water in all of Switzerland, and yes, you heard it right – 100% drinkable lake water! They meticulously test it every month, ensuring its quality. The secret to those mesmerizing blue hues? It's all about the minerals from the mountain rocks. As the water rolls down, these rocks work their magic, creating the most enchanting ice-blue waterfalls. It's not just a lake; it's a liquid masterpiece!

Stepping off the train, we strolled through the charming streets of Interlaken and stumbled upon these adorable stands peddling tours. Heads up, though – they're like hotcakes and get booked fast. We had to wait until the next day for our tours, but hey, it gave us a chill day to soak in the town's vibes. We got to observe tourists descending from their paragliding expeditions, an experience that was both thrilling and somewhat nerve-wracking for me, given my lack of previous exposure to sky activities.
